This past weekend was the most challenging weekend of my entire career. The only reason I survived is because of Jenny, the Travel Angel.
I have booked several clients with Alive this summer, and have gotten rave reviews from all of my clients about their experiences with their Travel Angels (Sara, Pietro and Elena) It wasn’t until this weekend that I really got to experience Travel Angel service in person.
I have a client traveling in Paris this weekend - the Wilson family. We had a serious breakdown in procedure in my office, which resulted in a VERY last minute booking, and me making reservations in a a hurry for some hard to get activities (Eiffel Tower summit access and the Catacombs) myself through Viator - SOMETHING I WILL NEVER DO AGAIN.
Not only did Jenny answer every single question the client could throw at her, she jumped in and helped solve the challenges that I had created. She encouraged and supported me when I literally thought my head was going to explode.
I’ve been a fan of AlivExperiences for a while, but my experience with Jenny this weekend has won you all my undying love and devotion. I am a lifelong fan.

The trip was awesome , here is some feedback
Our drivers were very punctual and professional.
The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all our questions and were genuinely interested in sharing their knowledge with us.
The train system was great , all trains were on time and very efficient.
We have no complaints about any of the hotels we stayed in , they were comfortable, clean and their staffs were very accommodating.
You planned out our vacation perfectly; we saw everything we wanted with enough free time to explore ourselves.

Thank you a million times over for assisting me in pulling this amazing trip together and allowing it to go smoothly and exceed the clients expectations!….I have been in constant contact with my clients as she raved on and on about all the properties, the driver/s/transfers and all the activities…they really were over the top impressed…They obviously are some of my high end clients so to give them such a stellar trip that exceeded their expectations was amazing!
I ask for their favorite hotel—as that was so important to them—they had a hard time just mentioning one…but ultimately, Greg said the one in Sorrento and Mitzi said the last one—Hotel de la Ville—being near the Spanish steps she looked up a store she had wanted to go to and it was only 700 ft from the hotel..lol—her husband said that was his least favorite because Mitzi could shop…lol—the only one that they had any negative feedback was the Casa Anglina—she said the staff were trying to be to pretentious and there was no need to be…these clients are the kindest most humble people you would ever meet! —she said the bathroom in that one was like a cruise ship bathroom…lol. I know we had to end up settling for that one, as we missed out on the original one we wanted…but she said, it was still a great property—so don’t knock it out of your inventory.
All in all they are very happy! And with all the moving parts, all went seamlessly!
