Flexible booking policy
For all current and future bookings for travel through December 31, 2021, you may change or cancel up to 30 days prior to departure in the event of a COVID-19-related reason and receive a credit toward future travel.

COVID-19-related reasons include:

The U.S. Department of State issues a Level 4: Do Not Travel Global Health Advisory

Entry restrictions to the destination(s) the guest plans to travel to.

International flights are cancelled without alternative routing available for guest to use to reach the destination(s) in the itinerary

Our team is always at your disposal
If your clients' upcoming travel plans are affected, our team will contact you to discuss postponing their trip, approximately 30-45 days prior to departure. You may always contact our travel designers both in the USA and Europe.
