Thank you for your interest in joining the international team of aliveXperiences as a remote intern.
This program is designed for students who would like to work remotely and get practical experience in the tour operator industry.
Interns will face various tasks and will be able to gain hands on experience of tour operations.
Upon succefully completing the program, students will be given a certification of completion of internship program

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to negotiate effectively
Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
Ability to work remotely

Excellent knowledge of computer programs (windows office)
Strong problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

Flexible working hours
Ability to work independently and meet due dates
Ability to speak languages in addition to English preferred
Fast internet connection
Use of Skype for video calls

Marketing

Contact travel agencies via email and phone calls
Help create newsletters with engaging content
Help create promotional videos
Develop SEM (Social Media Marketing)
Help create various marketing materials online & off line
Website development (wix platform)

Sales & Operations

Help reate tailor made itineraries
Research for special services, hotels, visits, museums and various activities to sell
Help provide customer care pre and post sales
Presentations to prospect clients (with help of marketing)
Cost control to maximize profit

Suppliers & Purchasing

Update supplier content in our reservation system
Contact existing and new suppliers for new rates and services
Help negotiate rates with suppliers to maximize profit
Help expand and select suppliers to new destinations in Europe.
